Our Facilities
Verland is a non-profit family of person-centered, community, providing disability housing that supports more than 230 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Our homes and programs are located in Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Mercer and Venango Counties. The main campus in Sewickley has ten large residences. This facility provides multiple options for many services including medical, dental, educational, and therapeutic needs. Our professionally-trained staff are dedicated to our individuals and provide treatment and services in a comfortable, dignified, State-of-the-Heart® lifestyle.
Verland is thrilled to announce the opening of our new campus, Verland North, in Venango County. The new campus will accommodate up to 27 individuals who were previously residing at the previously Polk State Center, now the Verland North campus.
ICF/ORC
The ORC serves the residential and program needs for persons with profound physical disabilities, prior to the age of twenty-one, but with no intellectual disabilities.
ICF/IID
The Sewickley campus ATF proudly serves our ICF residents by providing hands-on active treatment and skill building, with an eye towards community integration, the promotion of choice, and personal development.
CLA
Community Living Arrangements (CLA) is a non-profit agency providing community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
