Erin Spina-Kuhn
Director of Residential Services – ICF
Erin Spina-Kuhn M.S, B.A. is the Director of Residential Services – ICF for Verland. In that role, she leads the strategy, oversight, and growth of the ICF efforts throughout the organization while providing growth and leadership to team members within the residential department. She oversees the residential services, adult training facility, program services, and Qualified Intellectual Development Team at the ICF, as well as the ORC ICF located in Natrona Heights. Erin’s main goal is to build a culture of inclusion, and focus on the health and safety of the individuals we serve.
Erin began her career as a Direct Support Professional for The Arc of Westmoreland and Valley Community Services. Throughout her years there, she simultaneously achieved a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology, and later, obtained a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration. She rose from being a Direct Support Professional, to a Program Specialist, a QIDP, and finally a QIDP Supervisor before deciding to join the Verland team.
Outside of work, Erin spends time with her husband Chris, nephew, Vaughn, and 3 cats (Phoebe, Olivia, & Finn). She enjoys hiking, traveling, photography, and frequenting antique and coffee shops.
